4. No Guarantees

SwiftProps shall not be responsible for any financial loss, betting loss, missed opportunity, or any other damages arising from your use of the Services.

Your use of SwiftProps is entirely at your own risk.
If, despite the foregoing, SwiftProps is found liable for any claim, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SwiftProps for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Subscription Services

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next billing cycle if you do not wish to renew.
10. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final.
Because premium access is provided immediately upon purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Algorithms
- Rankings
- Ratings
- Statistics
- Research
- Databases
- Graphics
- Logos
- Website design
- Software
- Written content
- Visualizations
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Modify
- Republish
- Redistribute
- Sell
- License
- Reverse engineer
- Scrape
- Commercially exploit
any portion of the Services.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated bots or scraping software
- Reverse engineer our proprietary models
- Redistribute premium content
- Share subscription credentials
- Interfere with the operation of the Services
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
13. Service Availability
SwiftProps continually improves its platform.
We reserve the right to:

- Perform maintenance

at any time without prior notice.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwiftProps, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any claim arising from your decisions based on information obtained through SwiftProps
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact SwiftProps and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforceable, in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Changes to These Terms
SwiftProps may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Services unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of SwiftProps after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
